Prayer Requests

On this page, please feel free to post any prayer requests you may have, any praise reports you would like to share, and anything you would like to say.

We are all ministers in our own right, and I can promise that you will have a wealth of prayers coming your way when you post here.

Personal prayer request may be sent directly to fayetteville@northcarolinabikersforchrist.org

  1. Hello Brothers and Sisters,
I would just ask that we first pray for each other during this downtime from riding for some of us. I realize many of you have no idea who I am, but I will say that I am very proud to be part of this ministry. I would also ask that you especially keep Shane bathed in prayer as the evil one attacks him on a daily basis ( as I know he does all of us) but Brother Shane has been chosen to be the shepherd of this flock which is not an easy job my no means. I know all about this first hand and I will tell you that it gets very lonely being in the hot seat so to speak. Also I would like to ask each of you to remember our troops that are away from their families at this time of year. This too is a rough place to be in as many of you know. Lastly I would ask that everyone remember the reason for the season, ask God to show you someone or a family that you can make a differance to. Father God you have blessed us with so many things this past year, I ask that you would show all of us where we can be a blessing to or at during this Christmas season. I love and pray for everyone in this chapter daily. Take care and God bless you all.

    In His Grip,
    Kevin “BigDaddy” Moniz

  2. I would like to thank everyone for their prayer and support the other night during our ordeal with Sam. For those of you who don’t know, shortly after I returned home from work Thursday Sam stopped breathing and lost consciousness. I was terrified! Never in my life, through two wars and three combat tours have I been so helplessly frightened. Sam stayed unconcious for about 2 minutes and nothing I did helped restore his breathing or consciousness. Paramedics showed up less than 5 minutes after we called them. To make a long story short, Sam is well and definitely kicking! He is a LIVE wire and as full of the wonderful personality as he was before this.

I want to thank everyone for their prayers and support during this trial. I especially want to thank our chapter chaplain, Dallas Morales for his prayer and vigil at the hospital with us. I’m fully confident that it is the prayer of the faithful lifting up my baby to Jesus that sought favor with God.

    Mabry & Joy Shokes
